Quarterback Alex Garcia shook off his first-half struggles completing 11 of 19 passes for 273 yards and four touchdowns in the second half alone.
FBS running back prospect Jamon Johnson picked up 340 offensive yards by himself, rushing for 252 and two touchdowns along with 88 yards on six catches and a score through the air.
Junior quarterback Wayo Huerta continued putting up his impressive numbers during his career. Huerta completed 18 of 33 passes for 303 yards and three touchdowns while adding two more scores on the ground.
Jorge Murillo has five touchdowns in two weeks, grabbing two to go along with his eight catches for 157 yards, while running back Jerry Gonzales averaged 10 yards per carry for 217 yards and a touchdown for the Longhorns (1-2).
