31-year old Raeshon Williams will face trial for a capital murder charge after allegedly killing 2-year old B’reeann Avery way back in February 24, 2017.

31-Year old Raeshon Williams Will Stand Trial For Capital Murder Charge
A second trial began on Monday after the case’s initial trial in 2017 ended in a mistrial in May 2023 as reported in WTVM. Since there were no cameras permitted inside the courtroom, limited information was released in public.
Reports have confirmed that Dr. Edward Reedy from the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences will stand as witness and will provide his testimony in front of the jury. He initially conducted the autopsy last 2017 and had ruled out that the 2-year old child had received internal injuries which had resulted her untimely death.

Raeshon Williams Is The Only Adult Present When The Toddler Died
The case had started on February 24, 2017 incident where the 2-year old B’reeann Avery had died. Based on the autopsy conducted, she had died from internal injuries. Raeshon Williams is the boyfriend of Samia Avery, the mother of the 2-year old girl.
According to a report from WRBL, Raeshon Williams is the only adult present during the toddler’s death. Samia Avery believed that her boyfriend, Raeshon Williams killed her daughter.
The trial is still on-going and further information will be released soon.
