Milano Game Notes:
• Grapeland offense scored 7 touchdowns, and racked up 452 total yards on the night.
• The Sandies defense held Milano to less than 177 total yards of offense, one touchdown, and one field goal.
• Grapeland has only played Milano twice in school history, and won both games. Last year the Sandies won their match-up with the Eagles 27-0.
• This was the first ever varsity start for Sandies Quarterback BJ Lamb (Class of 2021), and was also the first ever varsity start for four of our five offensive linemen.

Cayuga Game Notes:
• This will be the 6th time in school history the Sandies will play the Cayuga Wildcats. Last year was the most recent meeting between the two teams, which was won by Grapeland 27-7. The Sandies have only lost to the Wildcats one time in the six games played between them, and that was by a score of 34-26 the year Cayuga won the state championship (2009).

Simply put I am a fan of Texas high school football. I attend as many high school football games as I can - 82 games in 2017, 86 games in 2018, 76 games in 2019. I also have some limited computer skills and I use those to provide information to the #txhsfb community. I am always looking for new ways to provide information to the #txhsfb community. If you have ideas and suggestions, tag or DM me on Twitter.
