The Katy Tigers defeated the Tompkins Falcons 56-21 Friday night at Legacy Stadium in Katy.
Katy moves to 6-0 on the season and 2-0 in district 19-6A play. The Tigers play the Mayde Creek Rams (2-3,0-1) next Friday night.
Tompkins falls to 5-1 on the season and 1-1 in district 19-6A play. The Falcons play the Taylor Mustangs (1-5, 0-2) next Thursday night.
