The Stratford Spartans defeated the Cy Creek Cougars 64-0 Saturday night at Pridgeon Stadium.
Stratford moves to 8-0 on the season and 5-0 in district 17-6A play. The Spartans host the Jersey Village Falcons, also 8-0 on the season and 5-0 in district 17-6A play, on Saturday in a game that should decide the district title.
Cy Creek falls to 4-4 on the season and 3-2 in district 17-6A Play. The Cougars host the Houston Memorial Mustangs, 4-4 overall and 2-3 in district play, on Saturday. Cy Creek is currently tied for 3rd in district with Cy Fair one game in front of Houston Memorial and Cy Ridge.
