A Fort Worth Man Was Given A 25-Year Prison Sentence For Selling Meth Out Of Hotel Rooms

The 45-year-old Christian Allen Meers entered a guilty plea to the charge of conspiring to possess a controlled substance with the purpose to distribute it. In order to avoid being discovered by law authorities, Meers reportedly ran his drug trafficking operation out of a number of hotels, switching locations every few days.

Meers and a female were taken into custody on June 14, 2023, following a driving infraction. Police discovered a La Quinta Inn key card inside Meers’ backpack. The woman informed the police that the hotel room had a bag containing methamphetamine.

Officers discovered a Louis Vuitton bag in the room that was packed with plastic bags containing more than 4,500 grams of meth. Two guns that had been reported stolen were also discovered.
