A Teen In Mexico Who Is Wanted In Connection With The Double Homicide Of Garland

An arrest has been made of a 16-year-old who was wanted in relation to two murders. On January 14, there was a gunshot in the 2300 block of West Buckingham Road. Police discovered the two victims there, both with gunshot wounds.

The victims, 18-year-old Alan Chavez and 17-year-old Ruben Arzola, were recognized by the police. Amancio Noriz was apprehended by the police on January 24 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. He is now being held in Laredo, Texas.

Noriz is listed as the subject of the “directive to apprehend” warrant, according to the Garland Police Department. The Garland Police Department does not typically reveal information about children, but the court has given permission to do so in light of the offense.
