After a two-year investigation, the Oklahoma City Police Department has caught a suspect connected to a ‘Tesla hit and run’ incident in the busy Bricktown entertainment district. According to Oklahoman, in August 2021, the ‘Tesla hit and run’ incident involved a black Tesla hitting two people riding Lime scooters on Reno Avenue, injuring both. One person was seriously hurt and needed extensive medical care and recovery in the ‘Tesla hit and run’ incident.
The Tesla driver quickly left the scene, leading to a long search by the police. He went to Texas and tried to hide the car and used insurance to fix it, claiming it hit a deer, as reported.
