FBI Boss Says China Might Use AI to Hack more; China Says U.S. is a cyberthief.

According to a Benzinga report, the FBI is worried that China could use smart computers with artificial intelligence (AI) to improve its spying by using the large amount of data that the U.S. shares. Christopher Wray, the director, says that AI could make it much easier for China to hack. China says this isn’t true and calls the U.S. the “biggest hacking empire,” which shows that cybersecurity issues are getting worse. To keep up with AI progress, the FBI puts protecting key chip makers at the top of its list of priorities.

This is an important step for the U.S. to keep its technical edge.
