Flurry at Fast Food: Florida Man Arrested in McDonald’s Shooting Spree

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Monte Outlaw after a McDonald’s incident in Brandon, Florida, on Monday night. Around 8:35 p.m., Outlaw and 18-year-old Jeremiah Lawson met at 502 West Brandon Blvd outside the fast-food establishment.

It seemed simple: the pair would access the internet and charge their smartphones at McDonald’s. A fight between Outlaw and Lawson escalated the situation. Outlaw made a stunning move once the conflict reached a climax. Outlaw pulled a gun from his belt and shot Lawson in the nose, witnesses said.
