In Frisco, there is a gunman on the loose who has shot one man dead and hospitalized another, according to the local police.

What Happened?

Zach Lowe works and lives across the street from a bustling Walmart Supercenter on Preston Road, where the double victim attack occurred.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, when his duty ended, he was walking home when he came upon an unsettling crime scene.

Dung Doan, who was reportedly out for an evening stroll when he witnessed the first incident, was killed in what police characterize as a random armed robbery and shooting.

The 21-year-old had just begun his trip home when a stranger approached and requested for a cigarette, according to Lowe’s father and sister, who spoke to CBS News Texas.

‘No, I don’t have any cigarettes,’ Zach responds. And the man points a gun at his stomach and demands, “Give me everything you have, including all of your money.” stated Morgan Lowe.

Denny Lowe stated, “I would just say that the gentleman that was walking by…he definitely did save my my son’s life with just innocently walking by.”

He went on to state that he had no idea what had happened to him. “This person is still at large, dangerous, and capable of doing more damage. We therefore wish to prevent anyone else from going through the same catastrophe that we have.

Even with the parking lot’s cameras, the public’s assistance is still needed by the police. To aid Lowe in his recuperation, his family has created a GoFundMe page. Police haven’t provided a description of the culprit as of yet.
