Marijuana Worth Over $2 Million Was Found Along The Texas–Mexico Border

On November 3, Laredo Sector Border Patrol officers stationed at the I-35 checkpoint seized marijuana worth over $2 million.

How Marijuana Discovered?

A tractor trailer had 156 packages of drugs that were discovered by a service dog, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Subsequently, when the trailer was examined again, agents discovered the marijuana.

as soon as a tractor trailer pulled into the main inspection lane. After alerting the secondary for more investigation, a service dog noticed the trailer. Inside the trailer, agents found a number of parcels. The driver and passenger were placed under arrest by the border patrol.
