A California man was charged with murder by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for the death of 27-year-old Tatum Goodwin.

California Man Charged With Special Circumstances Murder According To Orange County District Attorney’s Office
SOURCE– Dino Rojas-Moreno, a 26-year-old California man, was previously arrested in connection with the death of a 27-year-old restaurant employee, Tatum Goodwin. Dino Rojas-Moreno allegedly beat Tatum Goodwin to death with a fire extinguisher.
The murder charge against Rojas-Moreno was announced by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office on Friday. According to Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Rojas-Moreno was charged with special circumstances murder in accordance with the death of Tatum Goodwin, whom he beat with a fire extinguisher.
According to Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Rojas-Moreno put the lifeless body of Tatum Goodwin in a sandbag and left it at a nearby construction site.

Motive Was Not Clear From The Statement From The Orange County District Attorney’s Office
According to the reports of NBC News, the released statement from Orange County District Attorney’s Office didn’t mention any clear motive for the murder of the 27-year-old restaurant employee, Tatum Goodwin. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office stated that they don’t know whether Dino Rojas-Moreno and Tatum Goodwin had any prior relationship.
Per the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, the charges against the 26-year-old California man, Dino Rojas-Moreno include one felony count of murder, one felony enhancement for the personal use of weapon, and one felony enhancement of special circumstances of committing the murder in the commission of a kidnapping.
