Police in Southlake are looking for people who were being recorded by a man as they were changing at Old Navy.

Police responded to a call at the 2901 East Southlake Boulevard Old Navy shop on July 21. The caller said that a man was filming women getting dressed in a changing room.

Brandon Bernard, 30, was taken into custody by police as they entered the establishment. He was charged with invasive visual recording after admitting that he had been filming inside the changing room stalls.

Bernard’s phone was taken as part of the inquiry. Police discovered Bernard had recorded many ladies changing on June 5 at the same Old Navy while they were checking the phone.

If you or any woman you know used a changing room at this Old Navy on June 5 between noon and two in the afternoon, please let the police know.
