Rashad Maleek Trice was arraigned in Western District of Michigan for federal charges for alleged kidnapping and strangulation that resulted to the death of his ex-girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter. He pleaded not guilty of all federal charges against him.

Rashad Maleek Trice Charged For Kidnapping Resulting In Death Of Ex-Girlfriend’s 2-Year-Old Daughter
The U.S. Attorney from the Western District of Michigan released a statement that Rashad Maleek Trice who was accused of killing his ex-girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter through strangling her with wire from cellphone charger. According to a report from Law and Crime, after killing the 2-year old he left her body in an alleyway close to an airport.
Rashad Maleek Trice was initially charged with kidnapping resulting in death which carries possible death sentence. He was also charged for kidnapping a minor which may have possible life sentence.

Rashad Maleek Trice Pleaded Not Guilty
Based on a report from CBS, U.S. Attorney Mark Totten told the media that their office will be open to do everything needed to be done to protect the children.The case was now supported Special Agents and the FBI to make sure that justice will be served for the 2-year old girl’s death.
It can be recalled in a report from July that, Rashad Maleek Trice will face 20 state charges for his horrific and brutal crime spree on the night of July 2.
