According to CNN Business, rent crisis in America are rising but things may improve. Housing is increasing with additional flats. The latest poll showed December rents declined for the tenth month in a row. The average rent dropped to $1,713. The 22.4 million rent-strapped families will gain.

Money issues persist despite better rent

Even with rent crisis in America increases many households suffer. Harvard University claims that 12 million households suffer because housing costs more than half their income. Due to epidemic regulations expiring more people are homeless and being evicted, the report says. Even if rent is growing slowly, many struggle.

Renting houses is an alter choice

Manhattan, where property rentals are expensive and changing. More flats mean more housing alternatives. Builders are building additional units. Analysts worry this may not last. Building new apartments is more expensive so builders may create fewer. Finding a house may get harder even when things are better.
