Another stike in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia close to Europe’s largest nuclear power plant was hit by a rocket on Wednesday. The incident has left two people dead and at least seven more injured.

Russian Attack On Ukrainian Cities Continue

A report from The Star confirmed that another rocket had shooked Ukraine as Russian attack on Ukrainian cities continues. The city of Zaporizhzhia was reported to be hit with a rocket resulting in two deaths. It can be recalled that another seven deaths was accounted after a missile hit Pokrovsk located in Donetsk region.

The city of Zaporizhzhia is located near a Nuclear Power Plant controlled by Russian forces from the first weeks of the conflict. The power plant is approximately 50 kilometers (30 miles) northeast of the city. Officials now fear nuclear accidents as Russian attack on Ukrainian cities continues.

In a report from ABC mentioned that Russian defense had shot down drones from Ukraine after allegedly aiming for the capital city. Russians considers the incident as ‘attempted attack’.

In a separate incident in Russia, a factory for optical equipment exploded and killed 1 person. A total of 60 people were also reported to have been wounded because of the attack.
