Delta Air Lines was sued by a mother with and her teen daughter for alleged negligence during the 9-hour Delta Air Lines flight. According to the mother’s account, an intoxicated passenger was allegedly served with vodka while carrying out his sinister acts.

Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Filed Against Delta Airlines
A $2 million lawsuit was filed against Delta Air Lines for alleged “gross negligence” during the July 26, 2022 flight. Based on a report from People, the man was seated next to the mother and her teenage daughter. They also added that the attendants of the flight continued to serve vodka drinks and a glass of wine despite of being obviously drank.
According to them, their pleas for help was ‘blatantly ignored’ by the attendants during their flight from JFK Airport in New York City to Athens, Greece. The Lawsuit was filed in Eastern District of New York.
The man was said to be aggressive and started to harass both the daughter and the mother. They were also touched inappropriately.

Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Inside Delta Airlines: “It Was Completely Preventable”
“It was completely preventable,” Evan Brustein, the lawyer of the filers said in an interview.
According to their Sexual Abuse Lawsuit, both women felt ‘unsafe’. They had requested the attendants to have the man be moved, but they were answered, “be patient”. The victims also claimed that the man had touched her underneath her shirt, unto the clasp of her bra. The man also put his hands to the mother’s legs up to the inside of her thighs.
When the plane landed, the staff from Delta Airlines allegedly just let the man to exit without alerting anyone as reported in New York Post.
Delta Airlines had not released any statement in regards with the Sexual Abuse Lawsuit.
