This week according to FOX 11 crime report, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco felt relieved when a court stopped California Governor Gavin Newsom’s latest plan to control guns. The plan wanted to stop people from carrying concealed guns in many public places. The court said, “Not so fast,” and Sheriff Bianco criticized Newsom for having an “anti-gun ownership” plan. Bianco thinks the governor should focus on dealing with the increasing crime instead, saying Newsom is too friendly to criminals.

Newsom’s office said the court’s decision is “dangerous” and puts Californians at risk. But Sheriff Bianco disagreed, saying Newsom’s gun plans are not honest and that he should be dealing with the rising crime problems. Many people in Bianco’s area want Newsom to resign. They think he cares more about restricting gun rights than keeping law-abiding citizens safe.
