A man in Texas kills a pedestrian and drives 38 miles with the body in the passenger seat. His DUI history is very troubling.
According to FOX News crime report, Nestor Joel Lujan Flores, who is 31 years old, is accused of hitting a person in a terrible accident that happened in the state of Texas. The pedestrian’s body was thrown through the glass and into the passenger seat of the car because of the accident. Flores kept driving for 38 miles before stopping at a Jack in the Box gas station, where the dead body was still inside. The events that happened in this order were very strange. The White Settlement Police Department found the horrible picture inside the photo when they were responding to a request for a safety check. Even though Flores said he thought he hit an animal in Dallas, he didn’t tell the police about it. Flores is being held in jail because he is still being charged with drunken murder. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is in charge of the case, and Flores is currently in custody. In the year 2020, Flores was arrested for driving while drunk, and this bad thing happened after that arrest.
After Flores’s DUI arrest in 2020, this tragedy shows how important it is to stop people from driving drunk. As the court case goes on, people need to understand how important these actions are and make smart choices to keep themselves and others safe on the road.
