The suspect was apprehended in Austin on Tuesday, and Austin police requested that the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office investigate the suspect’s home. That’s when the victims’ bodies were found, according to Salazar. The two victims were discovered inside the residence by sheriff’s deputies who saw water seeping from beneath one of the doorways.

Around noon on Tuesday, two people who had been shot were found in a neighborhood: Emmanuel Pop Ba, 32, and Sabrina Rahman, 24.
