A new piece of legislation may allow Russia to utilize its funds to aid Ukraine.
According to Political Wire report, Jim Risch is a powerful Republican senator. Vice President Biden would need Russian money to reconstruct Ukraine in order to pass his bill. Russia should pay to repair the Ukraine bill, which will be supported by Republicans or Democrats. They may even use forbidden US dollar currency.
