Gomez, undeterred spurred the trooper into a high-speed chase clocking in at a dangerous 110 mph setting the stage for a perilous pursuit.
Exiting the interstate in Concord, Gomez’s erratic maneuvers, including severe lane control issues and driving on the wrong side of Loudon Road intensified concerns for public safety.
