A 19-year-old teen fatally shot and killed a 52-year-old man over a seat dispute inside a theater next to an interstate complex in New Mexico.

Filmgoers scrumble to leave the theater after a 19-year-old teen shot and killed a 52-year-old man. Police authorities said that the shooting incident started after an argument over a seat inside the Albuquerque movie escalated that led to the death of a 52-year-old man.
In a published article in FOX News, the 19-year-old teenager identified as Enrique Padilla arrived at the theater together with his girlfriend and found another couple in their reserved seats. Employees and staff in the theatre tried to resolve the dispute but the scene escalated and a gunshot was heard.
Padilla immediately fled from the crime scene to avoid the police authorities but he was later on found wounded and hid behind a bush outside the theater.

52-Year-Old Man Died from a Shooting Incident
According to a published article in CHRON, the 52-year-old victim was identified as Michael Tenorio and his wife said that he was unarmed when the argument happened. Police authorities found him dead at the crime scene.
Meanwhile, Padilla was at the hospital guarded while being treated for his gunshot wound. Police spokesman Gilbert Gallegos said that it is still not clear if Padilla had a legal representative to speak on his behalf.
