A mall employee from Santa Ana, California was captured in a video tape fighting off thieves who were trying to steal Pokémon Cards which were estimated to be around $2,700.

Shopping Goes To Actual Pokemon Cards Battle

According to a report, two mall goers in California went to MainPlace mall last June 26 and decided to enter a small store selling different merch. The men went to the Pokémon cards section and selected several items.

After getting the merch, which is estimated to be around $2,700, the men ran out of the store without paying.

An employee was able to observe the situation and decided to act immediately. He ran after the thieves, hence the Pokemon cards battle began.

The altercation was caught in a video where the two thieves were confronted by the single mall employee. He had fought off with the two suspects. The chase reached the bridge outside the mall.

Pokemon Cards Battle: 2 Vs 1

The suspects were able to drop the Pokémon cards after a while, they then ran towards a parking area.

After the Pokemon cards battle between the mall employee and the thieves, the mall employee was able to retrieve the cards. Police were called but the suspects were already gone when they arrive.

One suspect was described to be 5 ft 6 in tall and the other accomplice was around 6’0 ft. Anyone who can give information may call 714-245-8351 to help capture the suspects.
