A shooting incident that occurred on West Fuqua Street in Houston around 1:00 a.m. left one teenager dead and three others wounded.

Shooting Incident in Houston
Police authorities immediately responded to a shooting incident after they received a report. When they arrived at the crime scene, they found one teenager dead while three others were wounded. They were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital to be treated.
In a published article in FOX News, Houston Assistant Police Chief Wyatt Martin said that an altercation occurred at the crime scene before the shooting incident happened. It is alleged that there were two groups of individuals who were shooting each other which led to the death of the teenager and injured three other individuals.
The police authorities did not give the names of the deceased teenager and three wounded individuals. However, Martin said that the deceased teenager was a 17-year-old girl, while the three other individuals who got injured were an 18-year-old woman and two men ages 18 and 20.
Houston Police is Asking the Community to Help them Identify the Suspects
According to a published article in ABC News, there were multiple shell casings found at the crime scene which led the authorities that there were two groups who were shooting at each other. However, the suspects remain at large until this time.
Martin said, “It was a very chaotic scene. We are hoping that someone out there saw something, maybe has evidence. It seems like always people have their cell phones on, they’re filming.”
