Millions of Americans are about to receive their first Social Security Check for the month of July two weeks from now.

How Much Will You Receive?

The Social Security check is a source of additional funds and money for millions of retirees across the country. This is a monthly payment that is regularly given to seniors and retirees. The amount varies depending on the amount of the age his or her retirement.

In a published article in The Washington Examiner, if the recipient retires at the age of 62, he or she will receive a monthly payment of up to $2,572. Meanwhile, those who retire at the age of 67 will receive an amount of $3,627. Furthermore, a maximum amount of $4,555 will be received for those who retire at the age of 70.

When they Will Receive Their Social Security Check?

According to a published report in The Gazette, the Social Security Administration said that retirees will receive their monthly payments every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of each month. Those whose birthdays fall on the following dates will receive their monthly payments accordingly:

  • Between 1st and 10th of the month- 2nd Wednesday
  • Between 11th and 20th of the month- 3rd Wednesday
  • Between 21st and 30th of the month- 4th Wednesday

Needless to say, retirees this year have received the highest increase in their Social Security Benefits but some analysts expect that it will not increase next year.
