A Texas man, identified as Kelly Max Oshaughnessy, aged 33, has been apprehended by authorities following a horrific dog attack incident in which his loose dog attacked a 68-year-old man on a Saturday morning. According to FOX News, Bexar County authorities have charged Oshaughnessy with serious bodily injury to an elderly person and attack by a dangerous dog. Furthermore, Oshaughnessy’s dog has been seized by animal control and placed under a mandatory 10-day quarantine period.
The dog attack incident unfolded at approximately 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday when a distressed caller reported that her father was being viciously attacked by a loose dog upon returning from a walk. According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, a neighbor who heard the commotion rushed outside to intervene and successfully removed the dog from further harming the victim. The 68-year-old man, who had encountered the aggressive dog before, was subsequently transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
