Who Qualifies for Verizon Settlement Payout?
To qualify for a slice of the Verizon Settlement Payout, individuals must be current or former U.S. customers who purchased postpaid wireless or data services from Verizon between January 1, 2016, and November 8, 2023.
The settlement explicitly addresses administrative charges or administrative and telco recovery charges associated with these services, excluding customers who opted for prepaid plans.
Notably, you can file a claim if you receive a notification about the settlement via email or mail. According to an October fact sheet, Verizon served approximately 93 million retail postpaid customers as of September 30, 2023.

How to Claim Your Verizon Settlement Payout
Submitting a claim for your share of the Verizon Settlement Payout is a straightforward process. Eligible class members can fill out the claim form on the settlement’s administrative site and submit it online. Alternatively, a downloadable paper form can be filled out and mailed to the Settlement Administrator at 1650 Arch St., Suite 2210, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
Make sure to mark your calendars; the deadline for claim submission is 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 15, 2024. After this date, the settlement fund, bolstered by Verizon’s $100 million contribution, will be distributed among valid claims, with each recipient potentially receiving up to $100, depending on their subscription duration and the total number of claims.
