Just like the other cities on this list of the worst places to live in Arkansas, Hope also suffers from a high unemployment rate of 6.2%. Aside from this, the residents of Hope also experience property crimes. According to Money Inc., there are 1 in 25 chances of you becoming a victim of any type of crime while staying in the city.
