Authorities had responded in a Boston Shooting last Thursday around 2 p.m. where they had found a 12-year-old boy with a fatal shot in the chest. The victim was immediately transported to the Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Boston Shooting: 12-year-old Found Dead
Upon searching their home, investigators had found a gun which was later claimed by Walter Hendrick, the 22-year-old brother of the victim. The gun man for the Boston shooting was still not disclosed by the authorities.
Walter Hendrick was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, improper storage of a firearm potentially accessible to someone under the 18, and unlawful possession of ammunition. The arraignment for the charges was held at Dorchester Municipal Court. His bail was set at $2,500.
Walter Hendrick pleads not guilty to all charges.

Boston Shooting Incident, A ‘Nightmare’
According to the defense team the family wants Walter Hendrick to be home with them. What happened was tragic, and that the defendant was also mourning for his brother’s loss.
The deceased 12-year-old was described by the family members as “helpful, loving and respectful”. The community is also shocked about the incident and had called it a ‘nightmare’.
